2026 Western North Carolina Mission Trip

Hendersonville, North Carolina  //  March 15 to 21 // Anticipated Cost of $1000 // 10 Member Team  //  Evangelism and Hurricane Helene Recovery Construction // Registration Deadline: January 31st

We are partnering with North Carolina Baptists (Baptists on Mission) to help with Hurricane Helene recovery. We will be helping them provide Essential Rapid Repairs (ERR) to get homeowners back into their homes as quickly as possible. You don't need construction training or experience to serve. We will also be sharing the love of Jesus with the community while we help families with their physical needs.

To participate in a Cross Family mission trip, you must be a follower of Jesus Christ, be willing and able to share the gospel, and a member or regular attender of Cross Family.  Our partner on this trip (Baptists on Mission) also requires that you be 14 years old.  After submitting your information below, you will be contacted by an Elder for a brief interview.

Cross Family Mission Trip Participant Expectations

I affirm that I have put my faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior according to Scripture.

I affirm that I know the gospel, can present the gospel, and am willing to share the gospel with those the Lord brings into my path during this mission trip and while living in Parker.

I commit to travel, work, and fellowship well with others on the Cross Family mission team, as well as our partners on the field.

I commit to represent Jesus, myself, my family, and Cross Family well on this mission trip.  I will not bring shame on the name of our Lord & Savior.

I understand that we will be traveling by a variety of modes of transportation including possibly by airplane, train, personal vehicle, & mass transit system.

I understand that we will be staying in shared quarters (hotel, VRBO, mission house, etc.), and I will respect the personal space of my mission teammates.

I promise to pay/fundraise my portion of the mission trip expenses.  These expenses will include but may not be limited to transportation, housing, food, and ministry costs.

I understand that flexibility is a necessity on mission trips.  I commit to being adaptable, flexible, and willing to adjust our schedule, projects, or responsibilities as requested.
